Who else is headed to WordCamp Chicago?

    We're now looking at about a week and a day until WordCamp Chicago, which will be the first WordCamp I've ever attended.

    Next weekend is going to be pretty exciting. Ashley and I will be headed over to Chicago. Anyone else planning on showing up? Last report from Lisa Sabin-Wilson on Twitter was that the venue is sold out, so there should be about 200 people showing up.

    I'm also interested in anyone who would be interested in jumping onto the podcast with us over the weekend. We'll be there from Friday to Sunday, and it would be great to get two podcasts in, if possible. Any takers?

    I'll be at WordCamp Chicago, it will be my first WordCamp as well!

    If you need a live audience to make some noise whenever someone mentions GPL I'm game ;)

    Sweet. You live in the Chicago area, or are you coming in from somewhere? I'm coming from Indiana.

    Yeah, I think it would be cool to find a place to record that isn't too far away from where everything is going on. I don't know much about the venue itself, though, so I'm kind of running it by ear as far as the podcast goes. We'll see.

    Nope, I'm from Minnesota so I will be coming in from out of state too.

    You'll have to commandeer a nearby coffee shop, I'm sure that Brian can point out the closest Starbucks!

    Awesome. I'm going to be posting anything I can find out as far as meetups happening whenever the actual Camp isn't happening -- the bars, the food, what have you. I'll probably start another thread with it, or just update my topmost post. Let me know if you guys have anything in mind.
